While curating floor cushions for this current showing, I started thinking of ways to stack and arrange the cushions on the floor for spectators to relax and interact with one another. On one sunny I was in my garage and the idea struck me to gather up more cushions and make a giant quilt. Originally a pattern of twenty-four cushions arranged in a square with a canvas wash tag, this project expanded in size to thirty making the pattern into a rectangle.
The Pillow Quilt's central objective is to encourage socialization and encourage mingling. Its purpose is modular as it can be used for various settings and environments to elevate the vibe.

Inspired by the male's sexualized gaze of femininity, the 'Nudie Mag' project will strive to recreate a similar design aesthetic to Playboy magazines from the 1970s. This project is aimed at subverting the traditional perception of beauty by exploring the subjectivity of the word "sexy" and what it means to each model involved in the project.

A story of rediscovery. An ode to our inner child. Let us play again, just like we used to!
Sky High is both a three-dimensional painting sculpture and a performance piece. The work is composed of a painting of a sky with a cloud and a kite composed of canvas, wooden dowels, zip ties, string, and plastic that hangs independently.
The short performance depicts a character who experiences childhood wonder and rediscovers it in adulthood.

A spin-off of the social media trend 'life lately' with the use of physical objects from before birth to the present day. This work's lighting and electronic elements (lasers and LEDs controlled by an arcade switch) symbolize the future of my life shifting, changing, and forever a scattered cacophony of beautiful experiences to be had.
